Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering leadership to develop annual and three-year capital plans with automation and control system improvements.
  • •Prepare FEL1 and FEL3 estimates and technical assessments to support front-end loading capital project development.
  • •Evaluate and recommend best-in-class automation, controls, and integration solutions, including technology evaluations and facility infrastructure assessments.
  • •Develop functional control descriptions and create/review technical briefs to guide project teams.
  • •Support equipment performance review and factory/site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), including identifying project prerequisites, risks, and optimization opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • •7+ years of experience in electrical and control system design.
  • •5+ years of experience working with Rockwell Automation control systems.
  • •Advanced knowledge of manufacturing automation systems (PLC, variable frequency drives, servo systems, and HMI).
  • •Experience with industrial automation platforms such as Inductive Automation Ignition, Rockwell Software, or Aveva Wonderware.
