Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of finance, schedule, and document controls for transmission, substation, and related power delivery programs.
  • •Create, review, and control program/project schedules, monitoring contractor and consultant schedules and recommending resolutions.
  • •Develop and implement project controls processes, including change management, cost/schedule standardization, and reporting.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and financial models, overseeing project accounting and EVM practices.
  • •Administer a cost management system/PMIS, manage acquisition packages for reimbursement, oversee invoice review, and supervise project close-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered).
  • •10+ years’ experience in project controls, financial controls, finance/accounting, scheduling, or related functions on capital projects.
  • •Earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management knowledge, with a willingness to strengthen these skills.
  • •Familiarity with PMIS/scheduling or cost management platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle EBS, or similar systems.
  • •Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate project controls professionals across cost, schedule, risk, document controls, and reporting.
