Job Summary

Support Daimler Truck’s Corporate Climate Governance team in the climate transition agenda. You’ll help collect, analyze, and evaluate greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain, consolidate climate-related sustainability metrics, and contribute to Scope 3 Category 1 analyses to identify emissions hotspots. You’ll also support supply chain decarbonization initiatives and ESG reporting activities (including CSRD and CDP), preparing analyses and decision-ready materials for workshops and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in collecting, analyzing, and evaluating greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain using GHG Protocol, PCAF, and other frameworks.
•Support collecting and consolidating climate-related sustainability data and metrics.
•Contribute to Scope 3 Category 1 emissions analyses and help identify emissions hotspots.
•Support supply chain decarbonization initiatives, including measure tracking, supplier-related analyses, and decision-making materials.
•Support ESG and sustainability reporting activities, including CSRD and CDP disclosures; prepare presentations and management materials for meetings and events.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
•Internship must include a mandatory component confirmed by your university.
•Available for a total duration of 5–6 months (a combined voluntary + mandatory internship is possible).
•Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of sustainability reporting/ESG/GHG accounting is an advantage.
