Small Claims File Handler

Manage a caseload of litigated Small Claims Track files under supervision of a lead File Handler. Plan and organize workloads to meet court deadlines, analyze evidence to develop liability and quantum strategy, and conduct telephone negotiations to reach appropriate settlements and costs apportionment. Draft court documents and witness statements, instruct and liaise with counsel, maintain case management and billing records, and ensure compliance with Client Guidelines, ISO 9001 standards, and SRA regulations.
