Job Summary

Security Operations Expert responsible for incident response, threat detection, and cyber defense across SEA. Lead follow-the-sun alert management, coordinate crisis response, drive security roadmap delivery (SAST/DAST/SCA, CSPM, WAF, DLP, API and firewall reviews), and support CICD security validation and bug-bounty coordination with regional/global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead follow-the-sun alert management and Incident Response for SEA timezone, ensuring timely, coordinated responses to security incidents from detection to resolution.
•Own the delivery of technical projects in the Security Roadmap including Cloud Backup review, Remediation initiatives, DLP, USB blocking, API and Firewall reviews.
•Coordinate locally the Bug bounty program remediation with local teams.
•Support Engineering and DevSecOps teams with Security validation of their CICD pipeline and optimization of SAST/DAST/SCA/WAF capabilities.
•Oversee the regional Cyber Crisis Management process to ensure implementation, maintenance and stakeholder training during a crisis.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in cyber security.
•Strong understanding of security technologies and tools including SIEM, EDR, NDR, CAASM, CSPM, WAF, VA, SAST/DAST/SCA, firewalls and API security.
•Experience in security operations, SOC analyst duties, incident response, investigations and penetration testing and/or red teaming.
•Stakeholder management experience with regional and global teams.
•Desire to learn and grow, think outside the box, and collaborate effectively.
