Job Summary

Lead end-to-end international supply planning governance across exporting and importing zones, owning interzone S&OP and an integrated 18-month supply/demand outlook. Ensure forecast consolidation accuracy, inventory health, and optimized service levels and working capital/EBITDA performance. Govern imported SKU portfolio and lifecycle/RFS readiness, and design KPI frameworks with scenario planning, automated reporting, and cross-functional PMO-driven corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement using Power BI and Microsoft Apps.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end international flow planning and interzone S&OP processes across exporting and importing zones, including monthly production requirement calculations over the next 18 months.
•Consolidate and validate forecast submissions from importing zones, ensuring data consistency and managing exception risks.
•Govern imported SKU portfolio including assortment optimization, SKU lifecycle planning, and RFS launch readiness via the portfolio governance process.
•Design and run end-to-end KPI planning and governance for international supply chain performance, including targets, scenarios, reporting cadence, and performance reviews.
•Lead analytics, automation, and continuous improvement of the monthly planning process through Power BI, master data enhancements, and Microsoft Apps to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
•Strong experience in S&OP, supply planning, performance management, or international logistics.
•Proven background in portfolio management, KPI governance, PMO leadership, or business performance planning.
•Experience in commercial launches, innovation supply chain, or special event planning.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus experience with Power BI, automation tools, and data visualization.
