Key Responsibilities

  • •Support site surveys and investigations as needed and review site surveys.
  • •Collect and analyze data with local teams (climate, meteorology, soil, water sources, local species, natural hazards) and produce data collection reports highlighting missing data.
  • •Develop landscape design options across design phases, including conceptual, schematic, detailed, tender, and IFC, using plans, sections, mood boards, perspectives, and material boards.
  • •Refine selected designs into preliminary and final detailed drawings and graphical materials in coordination with other design disciplines.
  • •Develop tendering documents, work with Quantity Surveying for specifications/palettes/Bills of Quantities and Conditions of Contract, and conduct design checks with Landscape Architects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
  • •3–5 years of landscaping design experience in a top-tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy or boutique firm.
  • •Exposure to conceptual landscape planning and ecosystem management, including sustainability concepts.
  • •Good knowledge of horticulture and irrigation.
  • •Excellent graphic design, communication/presentation, and English/Arabic skills.
