•AI-Driven Automated & Insights Deck Creation: Automate the creation of presentation decks and insights using AI prompting to generate proactive, personalized customer narratives; shift toward scalable AI workflows for tailored content
•Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with post-sales teams to understand enterprise customer needs and translate insights into effective deck content
•Scalability and Product Alignment: Design scalable solutions for diverse enterprise profiles and regularly update decks based on product usage data
•Data-Informed Decision Making: Analyze product usage data and program performance to identify patterns and quantify business impact on retention and adoption
•Collaboration and Feedback: Work with Product, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success to gather insights and align deck content with business goals
