Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to understand digital transformation goals and drive enablement.
  • •Create adoption plans for new digital technologies and design/deliver training programs, workshops, and resources.
  • •Maintain alignment with the Digital Office strategic direction for Corporate IT and support digital roadmap improvements.
  • •Design, plan, and implement technical solutions in the end user device space, provide ongoing user support, and manage handover to support organizations.
  • •Measure and report transformation effectiveness using data, track initiatives’ progress, drive optimization and process streamlining, and manage proof of concept (POC) initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • •Certifications in relevant areas such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP) are advantageous.
  • •ITIL Foundation (minimum) or higher.
  • •Seasoned proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organization.
  • •Seasoned proven experience facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management in an IT environment.
