Key Responsibilities

  • •Own security for all SBD facilities within the North Central Region (offices, manufacturing sites, warehouse space, and service centers).
  • •Assess sites for compliance with minimum security standards and recommend actions to site leadership.
  • •Provide supervision to site-level security personnel and support crisis situations as required.
  • •Ensure facilities in the region meet minimum security standards and drive implementation of upgrades/improvements with site leadership.
  • •Train personnel on security and safety topics and oversee security/safety-related projects and planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice/Loss Prevention/Security (or working toward a related degree).
  • •Tactical law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
  • •Physical fitness; proficiency in martial arts and/or defensive skills desirable.
  • •CPR/AED/First Aid training.
  • •Valid driver’s license and completion of pre-employment criminal background, motor vehicle record, drug screen, and psychological screening.
