Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for the direct-to-consumer website within the Growth funnel, setting measurable goals tied to company growth targets.
  • •Drive product discovery, delivery, and iteration end-to-end by partnering with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship scalable, high-impact solutions on accelerated timelines.
  • •Design and run a high-velocity experimentation program by defining hypotheses, structuring A/B tests, interpreting results, and translating learnings into a compounding roadmap.
  • •Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate product offering and brand messaging into a clear, cohesive, high-converting web experience.
  • •Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to surface friction points, size opportunities, write crisp product specs, and ensure execution quality from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years in product management, growth, or a related role with a track record of shipping products that drove measurable business impact.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma, or equivalent) to independently pull, model, and interpret data.
  • •Direct experience with web funnel optimization and content strategy, including running structured experimentation programs.
  • •Experience with DTC subscription products or digital consumer growth funnels, including structured experimentation programs.
