Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved architectural and engineering plans.
  • •Supervise the implementation of structural and architectural components, verifying compliance with design specifications and project standards.
  • •Monitor structural elements during construction to uphold safety, integrity, and stability requirements.
  • •Collaborate with structural engineers to resolve any structural concerns or discrepancies encountered on-site.
  • •Participate in the evaluation and selection of construction materials and systems, ensuring they meet both architectural and structural criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • •Saudi National for Saudization purposes
