Key Responsibilities

•Advise RMs/branches/internal departments on incomplete information or supporting documents for LLD and FX transactions before Payment Ops processing.
•Check and verify supporting documents for LLD transactions above USD 25,000 and for purchase FCY transactions processed by Payment Ops.
•Assign correct LLD and LHBU codes according to payment purpose and supporting documents.
•Check and verify incoming IDR documentation for non-resident accounts when amounts exceed USD 1 Mio per transaction.
•Balance instructions against tracking systems (RMS, IQA, PATRIC), handle payment instruction queries via Zoom/email, and monitor outstanding cases to ensure SLA compliance.

Key Requirements

•At minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Industry in Payment Operations for both domestic and cross-border payments.
•Good knowledge in Payment Product.
•Good analytical skills.
•Strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
