Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate product complaint topics across sites, vehicle lines, and components with initial focus on mechatronic systems (e.g., transmission, clutch, retarder, compressed-air and brake systems).
•Analyze complex field quality deviations and derive concrete actions based on quality data, technical experience, and modern analysis methods.
•Lead cross-company meetings to review, assess, and prepare field complaints within the error-recovery process.
•Steer improvements across the full process chain—from root-cause analysis through part/process optimization to effectiveness verification—in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
•Create decision templates for series and field measures, considering both technical and economic factors, and evaluate new methods and digital options such as data analysis and generative AI.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in economics/industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
•Strong technical understanding of vehicle technology and in-depth knowledge of one or more mechatronic systems such as transmissions, clutches, retarders, compressed-air, or brake systems.
•Practical experience with quality management and quality assurance methods.
•Strong communication skills and confidence, with enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and coordination.
•Ability to clearly and persuasively present complex technical topics in German and English.
