•Develop and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs that integrate learning management platforms and training entitlement systems.
•Build and maintain React front-end components for learning platform features with responsive and accessible user experiences.
•Write and optimize PL/SQL code and queries for training data management and reporting.
•Apply SDLC to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions; troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle APEX, Java, and React layers.
