Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and oversight across multiple programs and project teams, ensuring delivery against contract requirements, timelines, and performance standards.
  • •Establish and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and performance metrics while driving consistency across the portfolio.
  • •Serve as senior interface to Government stakeholders and lead executive-level briefings, program reviews, and status updates.
  • •Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, burn rate, cost control, and accurate, timely invoicing in WAWF/PIEE with standardized spend reporting.
  • •Oversee delivery of enterprise capabilities (cloud, FinOps, cybersecurity/RMF compliance, and data/analytics/BI), and manage quality, compliance, and risk mitigation across programs.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred.
  • •12+ years of program management experience supporting DoD/Navy programs.
  • •Experience leading multi-program or portfolio-level efforts.
  • •Strong financial management background, including invoicing and CLIN/SLIN/ACRN structures.
  • •Active Secret clearance required.
