Job Summary

Join a 12-month Career Accelerator Program designed to build your manufacturing-processing capability through professional and technical training plus hands-on learning. In the role, you will support a 300mm analog wafer fab by performing lot and equipment dispositions, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, executing equipment/process startup and process experiments, and participating in data analysis to drive production problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a 300mm analog wafer fab.
•Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and communicate findings to engineering staff.
•Support manufacturing ramp by executing equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
•Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across different functions.
