Job Summary

Support data-driven projects for merchant and product performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities

•Support project-based goal tracking by monitoring key metrics across merchant and product performance, including sample supply, content output, and sales contribution.
•Analyze data to identify high-potential merchants and products and help define incubation profiles and affiliate-focused seller pathways.
•Track and report on sample supply and content creation trends to identify gaps and opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
•Prepare weekly reports and analytical materials summarizing business performance and highlighting key trends.
•Contribute to case studies by analyzing merchant and product performance to provide data-backed insights for Account Managers, including quantifying hit product value and documenting incubation methodology.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
•Available to start immediately and work through the end of the year.
•Highly interested in the e-commerce industry and able to learn quickly.
•Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or Lark Sheets with basic data analysis skills.
•Be able to use at least one data visualization/analysis tool; influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce ops experience is a plus; coding/programming skills are a plus.
