Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in multifamily lending, commercial real estate, asset/portfolio management, risk management, financial analysis, loan servicing, or related financial services.
  • •Experience with distressed multifamily real estate issues such as workouts, foreclosures, and REO.
  • •Demonstrated experience evaluating portfolio performance, identifying emerging risks, and recommending strategic solutions.
  • •Strong knowledge of multifamily finance, commercial real estate lending, asset management, portfolio strategy, and risk management principles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus advanced Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems/reporting platform experience.
