Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Finance Change initiatives, owning the definition, planning, and delivery of strategically important, technically complex projects. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, maintain strong governance and documentation (including RAID logs), and deliver technology-enabled change across the full SDLC. Bring proven experience in financial services transformation, with actuarial model releases or actuarial environments considered highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-impact Finance Change initiatives end-to-end as an influential delivery leader.
•Own the definition, planning, and delivery of technically complex strategic projects and secure resources to meet objectives and timelines.
•Set and uphold governance standards to ensure delivery is controlled, compliant, and transparent.
•Maintain decision-focused documentation (plans, RAID logs, change controls, governance reporting) to support effective delivery and audit readiness.
•Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage third-party suppliers, budgets, and resource allocation in a cost-constrained environment.

Salary: GBP 60,000 - 75,000 annually

•Expertise in project governance, planning, risk/dependency management, budget control, and reporting.
•Experience working in complex matrix environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change adoption.
