Job Summary

Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive responsible for developing a personal Book Of Business within the branch’s geographical reach, implementing company commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth, while delivering P&L contributions and managing margins. Must have freight forwarding experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a proven record in the freight forwarding industry within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a personal Book Of Business (BOB) within the branch’s geographical reach to drive growth in volume, revenue and margin
•Hunt for new business while growing the BCO composition and maintaining a healthy pipeline
•Conduct market analysis and competitive research in the local market and work with Branch Operations to tailor SOPs to client needs
•Support BOB clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to close opportunities
•Coordinate with DPW internal networks and external partner agents to ensure best service levels and opportunities for clients

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Graduate in any field; minimum 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight forwarding; Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory; minimum 4 years of experience in a sales and/or customer facing role within the Freight Forwarding industry; strong communication skills and ability to manage a personal Book Of Business (BOB)
