Key Responsibilities

  • •Durchläufst alle zentralen Abteilungen wie Station Operations, Sales, Marketing, Fleet Operations, People & Culture, Customer Experience und viele mehr
  • •In den Sommermonaten (April-Oktober) arbeitest du hands-on an einer unserer europäischen Stationen mit, in den Wintermonaten (November-März) unterstützt du die Teams im Office in München
  • •Unterstützt aktiv unsere Stationsteams bei der Camper-Übergabe, Fahrzeugpflege, Kundenservice und Flottenkoordination
  • •Erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und arbeitest an interdisziplinären Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
  • •Lernst, wie ein internationales Unternehmen in der Outdoor-Reisebranche aufgebaut ist – und wächst mit jeder Etappe
