Job Summary

Coordinate training programs for dock workers within the HR team, organizing and following up on trainings, evaluations, inductions, and onboarding. Enhance safety, quality and productivity on the shop floor by strengthening knowledge, skills and competencies and collaborating with HR, Operations, Labour Planning and HSSE.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure training initiatives, onboarding, evaluations and inductions for dock workers are scheduled and well organized.
•Coordinate the execution of periodic evaluations, analyze feedback and translate into concrete training needs.
•Contribute to the development and optimization of onboarding and induction programs.
•Ensure training initiatives are aligned with the target audience and organizational standards.
•Support the optimization of training processes and the adoption of innovative digital learning tools.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s or master’s degree and strong conceptual and process thinking.
•Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in an operational, industrial or port environment with a strong presence of worker profiles.
•Experience in training, learning & development is a plus.
•Strong organizational and administrative skills and proficient use of MS Office and digital tools.
•Clear and professional communication skills in Dutch and English.
