Hatchery Supervisor

Oversee daily hatchery operations to ensure safe, efficient, humane incubation and hatching of chicks. Lead teams across egg receiving, storage, incubation, transfer, hatching, vaccination, chick processing, and shipment while meeting production, quality, and animal welfare objectives. Monitor hatchability, chick quality, mortality, and efficiency; analyze production data for corrective actions; maintain compliance with biosecurity, food safety, and regulatory guidelines.
