Starlink Enterprise Account Director, Aviation

Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers, serving as the primary point of contact from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention and growth. Partner with Account Specialists and Leads to ensure day-to-day execution (orders, invoicing, supply management), build executive stakeholder relationships, and deliver excellent customer service while realizing forecasted revenue on schedule.
