Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product
  • •Convert window shoppers to buyers and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program
  • •Follow GUEST selling guidelines (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) and stay updated on brand knowledge
  • •Maintain store aesthetics and ensure stock is presented per layout norms
  • •Handle POS transactions and manage cash till accurately

Key Requirements

  • •At least some retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • •Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • •Ability to learn and stay updated on brand knowledge and product lines
  • •Flexible to work extended hours and varied shifts during sale periods
