Head of Governance (DAO Architecture)

Design Mintlayer’s on-chain governance framework for ML token holders, including voting mechanics, proposal thresholds, quorum, and time-lock parameters. Partner with protocol engineering to architect governance smart contract infrastructure and DAO treasury structures (allocation authority, multisigs, and treasury policies). Build community participation processes and governance standards, produce public governance documentation, and advise the board on legal treatment under ADGM and international frameworks.
