Job Summary

Support TikTok’s US Visa Services (AMS Work Visa) team by serving as a resource for employee mobility workflow status and metrics. Follow SOPs to ensure daily workflow execution is reflected accurately in program data, then analyze large-scale datasets to find trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build trend analyses and data modeling solutions for proactive incident and vendor performance management, and assist with audits including invoice reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
•3+ years of experience as a data analyst, with strong preference for People/HR analytics experience.
•Experience using data management and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, and PowerApps to derive insights.
•Proven ability to analyze large datasets and identify current and potential issues.
•High ethical standards with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
