Job Summary

Lead SAP Supply Chain (SCM) solution design end-to-end, translating business operational needs into SAP capabilities. Produce architectural blueprints, data flows, and solution diagrams; define functional specifications; and mentor delivery teams to raise industry standards. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and design cross-module SAP solutions across logistics, planning, and finance systems, supporting realization strategies and capability gap solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP supply chain E2E design and solutioning, addressing capability gaps and delivering realization strategy for the business.
•Produce architectural blueprints, designs, overall data flows, and solution diagrams.
•Mentor delivery teams to uplift industry standards and improve execution quality.
•Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex operational needs into SAP.
•Design and deliver integrated, cross-module SAP solutions spanning SD, MM, EWM, QM, demand/supply planning, FI/CO, and peripheral systems.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SAP experience with deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across supply chain modules.
•Hands-on SAP supply chain end-to-end process knowledge and experience leading design and solutioning.
•Strong functional knowledge in sourcing and logistics processes with cross-module integrations.
•Experience across SAP modules including SD, MM, EWM, QM, IBP, and knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
•Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience.
