Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement agent-based capabilities within HMI/SCADA products.
  • •Define AI-native product architectures and drive adoption of modern AI interaction patterns.
  • •Transform existing product capabilities into agent-ready and MCP-enabled service architectures.
  • •Design and implement multi-agent systems to enhance product intelligence and automation.
  • •Apply AI infrastructure knowledge including model serving, vector databases, retrieval, inference optimization, observability, and AI operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI gateways, RAG systems, vector databases, and model lifecycle management frameworks.
  • •Understanding of AI infrastructure components including model routing, caching, observability, evaluation, security, and cost optimization.
  • •Experience with multi-agent systems and large-scale agent orchestration frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of industrial software, HMI/SCADA systems, or digital industrial platforms.
