Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle information against work orders by inspecting customer vehicles and noting damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems.
  • •Prepare and complete required documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up and perform end-of-day procedures and support day-end system setup.
  • •Conduct OVE courtesy walks around inspections and maintain knowledge of inspection techniques and related changes.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, model safety behaviors, and perform other assigned duties (including potential overtime).
