Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the project and ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • •Review support execution and reporting on project progress; provide direction and guidance
  • •Serve as the escalation point of contact for the project
  • •Ensure team maintains high competence and operational excellence; drive continuous improvements
  • •Handle resource management including resource allocations, utilization benchmarks, reviews/recognition, attrition management/retention, and coordination with HR/IT/Admin support functions

  • •12+ years of hands-on work experience
  • •Manage project delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer outputs
  • •Review support execution and report on project progress while providing direction and guidance
