Job Summary

Own end-to-end project delivery for SAP PI/PO work, ensuring timely and accurate customer releases. Review support execution and project progress, provide direction, and act as an escalation point of contact. Drive continuous improvements and delivery excellence while overseeing resource competence, utilization, workload assignments, attrition/retention, and coordination with GRM/VMG/TA and other support functions to maintain SLA adherence, daily tracking, and ticket updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the project and ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
•Review support execution and reporting on project progress; provide direction and guidance
•Serve as the escalation point of contact for the project
•Ensure team maintains high competence and operational excellence; drive continuous improvements
•Handle resource management including resource allocations, utilization benchmarks, reviews/recognition, attrition management/retention, and coordination with HR/IT/Admin support functions

Key Requirements

•12+ years of hands-on work experience
•Manage project delivery to ensure timely and accurate customer outputs
•Review support execution and report on project progress while providing direction and guidance
•Coordinate with GRM/VMG/TA for timely fulfilments and handle resource allocation/workload assignments
•Maintain SLA adherence with daily tracking and ticket updates
