Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and at high quality, including communicating issues and supporting smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates during the shift, ensuring safe and productive work, and act as the daily operations escalation point.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment such as a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Flexibility to be available for different shifts as scheduling needs require.
