Key Responsibilities

  • •Sourcing high-potential and strategic startups for Mastercard Start Path Emerging Fintech.
  • •Driving partnerships and engagements with selected startups for commercial and strategic outcomes.
  • •Collaborating closely with product teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure alignment with roadmaps.
  • •Tracking and analyzing fast-emerging fintech market trends and performing market landscaping and due diligence to support investment hypotheses.
  • •Advocating and evangelizing the fintech strategy with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, startups, and venture capital firms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track-record working with startups in the fintech, startup engagement and venture capital domains.
  • •Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration – driving alignment across product and commercial teams to drive commercial outcomes.
  • •Strategic understanding of and interest in the payments industry evaluating trends and competitive landscape.
