Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery operates to the highest standard and that all workstations pass USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, and proper coding of products; keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings, provide continuous quality education, and support processing operations by working with other supervisors.
