Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, deploy, and fine-tune complex WebLogic domains and Apache web server clusters for high-concurrency environments.
  • •Execute WebLogic to Cloud (AWS) migrations, including legacy re-platforming, lift-and-shift, and cloud-native re-architecting.
  • •Lead AWS IaaS management across VPC networking, IAM security, EC2/EKS auto-scaling, and RDS high-availability.
  • •Implement and optimize Redis distributed caching strategies to handle extreme load and reduce database latency.
  • •Act as the final escalation point for production incidents with 24/7 availability for high-priority calls and perform deep-dive troubleshooting and RCA; automate pipelines, monitoring, and log aggregation with shell/Python/Groovy scripts.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise with WebLogic 12c/14c administration (Admin/Managed Servers), including JMS tuning and WLST scripting.
  • •Advanced AWS IaaS experience, including infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation and AWS monitoring (CloudWatch/X-Ray).
  • •Experience managing Redis clusters (persistence, replication, eviction policies) and strong SQL/NoSQL database concepts (query optimization, deadlocks, connection pooling).
  • •Ability to develop complex automation scripts for deployment pipelines, server health monitoring, and log aggregation.
  • •Experience acting as the final escalation point for production incidents with deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) under pressure.
