Corporate Lawyer - 12 Month Contract (North Sydney, AU)

Provide trusted legal, regulatory, and governance advice to support strategic objectives and manage legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. In a commercially focused role, draft, review, and negotiate corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, and financial services contracts. Advise on legislative and regulatory developments, support board and committee governance activities, manage legal risks across business initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in the Legal function.
