Director, Enterprise Project Management

Lead Smithfield’s enterprise ePMO, owning portfolio governance, project delivery, and value realization across the organization. Partner with IT, Finance, and the Investment Committee to drive intake, prioritization, capital planning support, and disciplined investment management. Provide executive oversight of complex cross-functional programs, manage risks and interdependencies, and deliver data-driven portfolio reporting with dashboards and metrics. Lead and coach ePMO and practitioners to continuously mature execution excellence.
