Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain report automation programs and templates to streamline data delivery.
  • •Assist in data preparation and data tabulation, leveraging macros to increase efficiency.
  • •Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards for reporting and insights.
  • •Develop and refine checking tools to support internal QC processes.
  • •Take a lead role in data checking and quality assurance across projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of experience dealing with data and/or data tables
  • •understand the relationship/logic between data and reports/visualizations
  • •good communication skills (written and oral)
  • •proficient in Excel and advanced formulas
  • •experience with VBA would be an advantage
  • •experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Dapresy, Tableau) would be an advantage
  • •proactive/self-motivated with a sense of ownership
  • •ability to work well in a team and independently
