Job Summary

Support the setup of automated reporting templates, assist in data preparation and tabulation (including macros), help develop interactive dashboards, and contribute to internal QC tools. Take a lead role in data checking and QA across projects, while communicating effectively with research teams and Ipsos vendors to improve efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and maintain report automation programs and templates to streamline data delivery.
•Assist in data preparation and data tabulation, leveraging macros to increase efficiency.
•Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards for reporting and insights.
•Develop and refine checking tools to support internal QC processes.
•Take a lead role in data checking and quality assurance across projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Key Requirements

•1 year of experience dealing with data and/or data tables
•understand the relationship/logic between data and reports/visualizations
•good communication skills (written and oral)
•proficient in Excel and advanced formulas
•experience with VBA would be an advantage
•experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Dapresy, Tableau) would be an advantage
•proactive/self-motivated with a sense of ownership
•ability to work well in a team and independently
