Job Summary

Own the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase architecture and delivery, while contributing to Copy Trading. Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase as the primary focus, and contribute to Copy Trading to raise quality, stability, and performance.
•Lead end-to-end technical initiatives, including Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration, modularization, binary-compatibility discipline, and work to cut crash, ANR, and startup hotspots.
•Participate in product requirement discussions and shape technical solutions while protecting performance, stability, and user experience.
•Partner with Product and business to drive the Trading Bot roadmap across new strategy types, sharing/attribution/growth features, and AI-powered bot experiences.
•Mentor engineers and lead by influence to raise the team’s engineering capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing.

Key Requirements

•8+ years building and shipping production Android/iOS apps with deep Kotlin and strong multi-module architecture, dependency/binary-compatibility discipline, and performance focus (ANR, crash, startup, memory).
•Lead end-to-end mid to large projects while raising architecture and engineering quality on legacy-heavy codebases.
•Set technical direction and partner with Product to turn strategy into roadmap and revenue—owning outcomes beyond code.
•Trading or fintech background with client-side experience in crypto exchange/brokerage/fintech apps, including order placement, market data, and asset management (automated trading a strong plus).
•Influence and mentorship: improve engineers through review, design guidance, knowledge-sharing, and alignment across teams without relying on authority.
