Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead threat modeling and security reviews across Wiz products and cloud infrastructure to identify attack surfaces and mitigation strategies.
  • •Build security tooling, automation, and policy-as-code to help teams integrate end-to-end security into development workflows.
  • •Design and implement secure baselines for cloud resources and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
  • •Drive vulnerability management and remediation, prioritizing issues and implementing preventative controls across the software supply chain.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations in cloud environments.
  • •Experience with AWS cloud security (or equivalent Azure/GCP experience with some AWS exposure).
  • •Hands-on security experience with cloud-native Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) and strong container security principles.
  • •Experience securing IAM and cloud identities at scale, including leading technical security reviews and threat modeling to produce actionable controls.
  • •Practical experience with web application security (e.g., OWASP Top-10) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, or Pulumi.
