Provide timely, accurate client service by completing banking transactions, maintaining records, and understanding customers’ financial needs. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, assist with new account openings, and follow internal controls, risk management, and branch procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
