Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain project/program schedules in MS Project, P6, or PMIS using WBS strategy.
  • •Create and maintain project resource requirements in the scheduling tool and track milestones.
  • •Perform monthly schedule analytics and schedule risk assessments.
  • •Measure and monitor program progress using earned value (EVM) and performance metrics (CPI, SPI), and support forecasting and monthly progress reporting.
  • •Analyze cost and schedule variance versus baseline, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, prepare metrics/financial reports and customer submittals, and ensure compliance with GPMO requirements and SOX controls.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years’ experience as a Program Scheduler.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or economics, Finance, Math, or related field.
  • •SME in MS Project, P6, or PMIS scheduling.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • •Experience with external customer interfacing.
