  • •Establish and deliver strategy to win new customers, expand existing accounts, and create a long-term growth vision.
  • •Drive customer success and predictable year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth.
  • •Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse sales organization of Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Executives.
  • •Build and maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to expand GitLab’s Financial Services customer base.
  • •Provide accurate sales forecasts, manage the overall sales process, and set metrics for sales funnel management.
