Lead GitLab’s Financial Services sales organization to drive predictable, year-over-year ARR growth. Set area strategy while staying close to customers and leaders, and build a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and retaining Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Executives. Own sales forecasting, manage the end-to-end sales process, and expand key customer and partner relationships in Financial Services through cross-functional collaboration.
