Seeking an expert accounting professional with deep ASC 606 revenue recognition experience in a SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

•Define and ensure fundamental ASC 606 compliance across the organization, researching accounting literature for new products and pricing models.
•Serve as an expert advisory for revenue recognition, guiding Revenue Operations and Legal on contracts and amendments.
•Gather, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate accounting practices and generate actionable metrics for management decisions.
•Collaborate with business partners to improve existing processes and implement scalable revenue policies and systems.
•Ensure data integrity for revenue and contract data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support financial reporting and audit requests.

Key Requirements

•Heavy knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition Standard with experience in the SaaS industry.
•Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
•CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
•Proficiency in accounting software and related systems (Zuora Billing, Z-Revenue, NetSuite, Salesforce).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with cross-functional collaboration abilities and time management.
