Sales Consultant in Training

Build customer-first relationships as you learn CarMax’s used-vehicle sales process. You’ll assist customers with inventory selection, guide them through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, and provide clear, honest information. The role includes paid training and mentorship, along with accurate transaction documentation and teamwork to meet store goals, while following EH&S and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
