Key Responsibilities

•Work with PDC and HR to hire operational staff and establish development plans for the assigned operational team.
•Perform performance and competency assessments and handle disciplinary activities up to termination proceedings with PDC and Human Resources.
•Assist with pre-job preparations by reviewing the cement job plan with the Technical Professional and the cement crew and addressing equipment/operational concerns before mobilizing.
•Supervise employees delivering cementing services and products, ensuring compliance with Customer and Halliburton HSE and HMS procedures and the approved cement job plan.
•Evaluate service quality using performance metrics (e.g., equipment maintenance compliance and readiness), improve HSE performance and service efficiency, and resolve job disputes/issues at approved levels.

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
•2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist.
•Must have a current and valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
•Ability to supervise operational delivery and follow customer and Halliburton Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures and Halliburton Management System (HMS) procedures.
