Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance service for fleet customers by answering phones, assisting with repair needs, and creating accurate cost estimates and timelines. Communicate repair status and obtain approvals via email, fax, or phone. Review and enter repair orders into service systems, track each repair transaction through technician custody, and dispatch shop work while maintaining documentation, quality, and safety standards.
