Job Summary

Senior HR role within Agoda's Global Employee Relations team, based in Bangkok with relocation. You will act as the subject matter expert on compliance and company policies, coach managers, lead investigations, support disciplinary actions and terminations, manage ER case timelines, analyze performance and misconduct data, and partner with senior leaders and Legal/Compliance to inform policy improvements and enable better people practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the subject matter expert on compliance and company policies and procedures, providing advice to managers and employees.
•Coach, counsel, and guide managers in managing employees with poor performance and handling misconduct cases.
•Support managers in the execution and tracking of disciplinary actions according to local laws and regulations.
•Handle terminations, ensuring the right steps are taken and the right documentation is used to minimize labor claims.
•Conduct impartial investigations into grievances and serve as a dedicated Employee Relations partner, identifying trends and insights to inform procedural improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, or related field.
•8-10 years’ experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering/Generalist roles with deep expertise in employment law, complex investigations, disciplinary processes, terminations, workforce reduction projects, and high-risk ER matters across multiple jurisdictions.
•Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on sensitive people issues, balancing legal risk, employee experience, and culture.
•Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment in navigating high-impact ER matters.
•Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders and drive improvements in policies, processes, and training.
