Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain and regularly review effective behaviour systems to ensure outstanding learning behaviours across all parts of the school.
  • •Ensure systems for child safeguarding and child protection are robust and improved across the school; act as Dedicated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
  • •Accountable for the execution of the wellbeing strategy and initiatives across the school and improving student and staff wellbeing.
  • •Deliver appropriate training for staff to implement behaviour and safeguarding systems for consistency across the school.
  • •Monitor and evaluate the quality of students’ personal and social development and their protection, care, guidance and support, and report evaluation outcomes to the senior team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Education
  • •Master's in Education/Leadership/Psychology or related discipline
  • •Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a leadership role in a school
  • •Experience in leadership and pastoral areas
